W-2907 Air Regulating Valve Assembly

       

Key Features:

  • Used to regulate the flow of compressed air to 3M Hoods H-Series and Whitecap Helmets.
  • It helps create comfortable, positive pressure by allowing the wearer to set the airflow at the desired level.
  • This assembly is NIOSH approved and operates on pressures of 25-70 psig, depending on hose length.
  • Airflow ranges from 6-15 cfm.
  • It can be used with 3M Supplied Air Hoses W-9435 and W-2929.
  • The assembly includes the air regulating valve with quick disconnect and the 3M Waist Belt W-2963.

W-3018 Low Pressure Connector Assembly With Industrial Interchange Fittings 

       

Key Features:

  • Used to regulate the flow of compressed air to the 3M Hoods H-Series and Whitecap Helmets operated in low pressure using the 3M Supplied Air Hose W-3020.
  • It can operate on pressures of 4-15 psig with and airflow of 6-15 cfm.

Key Features:

  • Used to regulate the flow and cool the compressed air to 3M Hoods H-Series and Whitecap Helmets.
  • This NIOSH approved assembly helps create more comfortable positive pressure for the user.
  • The vortex assembly can cool compressed air by as much as 50F (28C).
  • It can operate on pressures ranging from 60-90 psig, depending on hose length.
  • It includes the cooler with quick disconnect fitting, waist belt and holder.

Key Features:

  • Used to regulate the airflow and to heat the compressed air to 3M Hoods H-Series and Whitecap Helmets.
  • This NIOSH approved assembly helps create a more comfortable work environment for the user.
  • The Vortemp assembly can warm compressed air by as much as 50F (10C).
  • It can operate on pressures ranging from 60-95 psig, depending on hose length.
  • The assembly includes the heater with quick disconnect fittings, waist belt and holder.
